Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all Spectra Baby boutique tags remain attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
